About SANOR

SANOR is a research and advisory firm for the private healthcare market. Clinic operators and healthcare enterprises use our research and advisory work to understand their markets, lower patient acquisition costs, and increase patient lifetime value. Our mission is to help private healthcare companies grow. As demand for our work increases, we are expanding our research and advisory practices.

The Role

The Advisory team works with clinic operators and healthcare enterprises to improve commercial performance. A central part of that work is patient acquisition: scaling patient demand across paid, organic, search, and partnership channels at costs that support profitable growth.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan and manage paid campaigns for SANOR’s advisory clients. You will set up campaigns, define targeting, allocate budgets, run creative tests, and optimize performance against cost per qualified lead and patient acquisition cost. You will work with Client Account Managers and advisory consultants to align campaigns with each client’s commercial objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan paid campaigns for advisory clients based on their markets, services, and commercial objectives.
  • Set up and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Define audience targeting and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns.
  • Set up conversion tracking from lead to consultation to patient.
  • Design and run structured creative and audience tests.
  • Write creative briefs for campaign assets.
  • Report campaign performance against business results, including cost per qualified lead, patient acquisition cost, and attributable revenue.

What Success Looks Like

  • Client campaigns deliver qualified leads at a cost per lead that supports profitable growth.
  • Patient acquisition costs fall over the course of each engagement.
  • Lead-to-patient conversion improves across client accounts.
  • Campaign results can be clearly attributed to client revenue.

What You’ll Bring

If you meet the minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Minimum requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising accounts with direct budget responsibility.
  • A record of results in lead generation, with performance you can document.
  • Experience setting up conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Experience running structured creative and audience tests.
  • Experience reporting performance against business outcomes, not only platform metrics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience running campaigns for healthcare, aesthetics, dental, or other clinic businesses.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts at an agency.
  • Familiarity with advertising rules for healthcare services on major platforms.
