SANOR is a research and advisory firm for the private healthcare market. Clinic operators and healthcare enterprises use our research and advisory work to understand their markets, lower patient acquisition costs, and increase patient lifetime value. Our mission is to help private healthcare companies grow. As demand for our work increases, we are expanding our research and advisory practices.
The Advisory team works with clinic operators and healthcare enterprises to improve commercial performance across patient acquisition, sales effectiveness, pricing, retention, and commercial operations. It delivers engagements with support from SANOR’s research and strategy work.
As a Client Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You will set up each engagement, coordinate delivery across SANOR’s teams, report progress against agreed objectives, and identify risks and additional needs early. You will be the client’s main point of contact and will be accountable for retention and account growth.

This is a full-time remote role. You will work during Eastern or Pacific Time business hours, depending on your location. You will work directly with SANOR’s advisory team and leadership, and you will be accountable for the client relationships in your portfolio. We set clear expectations, review performance against agreed outcomes, and give regular feedback. As SANOR grows, the scope of each role grows with it.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role is US$90,000–US$125,000. The final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
