The Role

The Advisory team works with clinic operators and healthcare enterprises to improve commercial performance across patient acquisition, sales effectiveness, pricing, retention, and commercial operations. It delivers engagements with support from SANOR’s research and strategy work.

As a Client Director, you will own SANOR’s most important client relationships, including multi-location operators and healthcare enterprises. You will be accountable for the success, retention, and growth of these accounts, and you will work with senior client stakeholders to shape engagements around their commercial priorities. You will also oversee SANOR’s Client Account Managers and set the standard for how SANOR manages client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of SANOR’s largest and most strategic client accounts.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, including owners, executives, and operating leaders.
  • Shape engagement scope and objectives around each client’s commercial priorities.
  • Oversee delivery quality across SANOR’s research, strategy, and advisory teams on your accounts.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand engagements within existing clients.
  • Lead and develop SANOR’s Client Account Managers, including setting goals and reviewing performance.
  • Define and improve how SANOR onboards, reports to, and retains clients.

Minimum requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client leadership at a consultancy, agency, or professional services firm.
  • A record of retaining and growing senior client relationships and large accounts.
  • Experience managing and developing account or client services teams.
  • Experience shaping and scoping complex, multi-workstream engagements.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to lead conversations with executives.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare, clinic, or multi-location service businesses.
  • Experience with growth, marketing, or commercial advisory engagements.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed operators or healthcare enterprises.

Working at SANOR

This is a full-time remote role based on Eastern Time business hours. You will work directly with SANOR’s leadership and advisory team, and you will be accountable for SANOR’s most important client relationships. We set clear expectations, review performance against agreed outcomes, and give regular feedback. As SANOR grows, the scope of each role grows with it.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is US$145,000–US$190,000. The final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
