About SANOR

SANOR is a research and advisory firm for the private healthcare market. Clinic operators and healthcare enterprises use our research and advisory work to understand their markets, lower patient acquisition costs, and increase patient lifetime value. Our mission is to help private healthcare companies grow. As demand for our work increases, we are expanding our research and advisory practices.

The Role

The Advisory team works with clinic operators and healthcare enterprises to improve commercial performance, including patient acquisition, sales effectiveness, retention, and commercial operations. AI is changing how these businesses operate, and clients increasingly ask SANOR how to apply it.

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will help healthcare businesses identify, evaluate, and implement AI applications that improve commercial performance. You will assess client workflows, prioritize use cases, select solutions, and design pilots. This is a hands-on role: you will build and integrate the solutions yourself and oversee their adoption by client teams. You will work with advisory consultants and Client Account Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Run discovery with clients to understand their commercial workflows and objectives.
  • Assess workflows and identify where AI can reduce cost, save time, or improve conversion.
  • Prioritize use cases based on expected return and feasibility.
  • Select tools and design solutions, including integrations with client systems such as CRM and scheduling.
  • Build working pilots and implement solutions hands-on.
  • Prepare business cases and implementation plans for client decision-makers.
  • Oversee adoption by client teams and measure results after launch.

What Success Looks Like

  • Implemented solutions deliver measurable time and cost savings for clients.
  • Client teams adopt and continue to use the solutions after launch.
  • Solutions improve conversion and other commercial results.
  • Pilots move to full implementation quickly and deliver a clear return on investment.

What You’ll Bring

If you meet the minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Minimum requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business consulting or solutions delivery.
  • Hands-on experience building and implementing AI tools, automations, and integrations.
  • Development skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, including working with APIs and large language models.
  • Experience preparing business cases and measuring the results of implemented solutions.
  • Experience working with client teams to drive adoption.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare, clinic, or multi-location service businesses.
  • Experience with CRM, scheduling, and patient communication systems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy requirements for healthcare businesses.

Working at SANOR

This is a full-time remote role based on Eastern Time business hours. You will work directly with SANOR’s advisory team and clients, and you will be accountable for the results of the solutions you implement. We set clear expectations, review performance against agreed outcomes, and give regular feedback. As SANOR grows, the scope of each role grows with it.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is US$140,000–US$185,000. The final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a short description of two AI solutions you built and implemented, including the problem, your approach, and measured results. In your note, also describe an AI use case you would prioritize for a multi-location clinic business and why.

We look forward to hearing from you.
