About SANOR

SANOR is a research and advisory firm for the private healthcare market. Clinic operators and healthcare enterprises use our research and advisory work to understand their markets, lower patient acquisition costs, and increase patient lifetime value. Our mission is to help private healthcare companies grow. As demand for our work increases, we are expanding our research and advisory practices.

The Role

The Advisory team works with clinic operators and healthcare enterprises to improve commercial performance across patient acquisition, sales effectiveness, pricing, retention, and commercial operations. It delivers engagements with support from SANOR’s research and strategy work.

As a Client Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You will set up each engagement, coordinate delivery across SANOR’s teams, report progress against agreed objectives, and identify risks and additional needs early. You will be the client’s main point of contact and will be accountable for retention and account growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new clients and agree engagement plans, objectives, and reporting expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for each client in your portfolio.
  • Coordinate delivery across SANOR’s research, strategy, and advisory teams so commitments are met on time.
  • Run regular progress reviews and report performance against agreed client objectives.
  • Identify delivery risks early and resolve them with the relevant SANOR teams.
  • Identify opportunities for additional work and prepare renewal and expansion proposals.
  • Maintain accurate account records, including scope, status, and commercial terms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients renew their engagements with SANOR.
  • Account value grows through renewals and additional work.
  • SANOR delivers against its commitments on each engagement.
  • Clients make measurable progress toward the objectives agreed at the start of the engagement.

What You’ll Bring

If you meet the minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Minimum requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services at an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
  • A record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple internal teams.
  • Experience reporting performance to senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to scope and propose additional work.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare, clinic, or multi-location service businesses.
  • Experience managing accounts for growth, marketing, or commercial advisory engagements.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.

Working at SANOR

This is a full-time remote role. You will work during Eastern or Pacific Time business hours, depending on your location. You will work directly with SANOR’s advisory team and leadership, and you will be accountable for the client relationships in your portfolio. We set clear expectations, review performance against agreed outcomes, and give regular feedback. As SANOR grows, the scope of each role grows with it.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is US$90,000–US$125,000. The final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a short note describing a client account you managed, including how you retained or grew it. In your note, also describe how you handled an engagement that was falling behind its objectives.

We look forward to hearing from you.
